  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • The product was not purchased during a final sale or clearance event.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Products: If your product is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

5. Conditions for Refunds

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, the new item will be shipped once the original product is received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
